This has to be one of the nicest waterfront houses in Leisure Lakes, and the only one with a full basement. This was a custom build and only about 2 years old. It has plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms for family and guests. No corners were cut in the construction phase including downstairs that has a recreation room, full bathroom, bedroom, and a garage door to pull in your four wheelers, ATVs, golf cart and whatever needs covered storage.
